Following the Inaugural Annual General Meeting, IGDX Holdings announced the appointment of the following directors.

Dato’ Dr. Shamshudeen Mohd Yunus is a significant shareholder of IGDX Holdings Ltd. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a PhD. in Finance from Canterbury University in United Kingdom. Dato’ Dr. Shamshudeen Mohd Yunus has a vast working experience and knowledge in gold trading and gold related business. He is also a well known figure in the banking, IT and computer industry.
Datin Paduka Zaitoon Dato’ Othman currently sits in various boards and councils. She is a Commissioner of the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia and an adviser to the Muslim Lawyers Association Malaysia. She is also a member of the Board of the Institute of Legal and Judical Training as well as a member of the Council of the Malaysian Strategic Research Centre. Datin Paduka Zaitoon Dato’ Othman is a Director on the Sime Darby Board, a company listed on the first board of Malaysian Bursa.
